Beneficiary Designations

If you need to designate a pension beneficiary, please go to My HEB Online Services.

If you need to designate a Life Insurance beneficiary, please complete the Life Insurance Beneficiary Change Form and mail the original to us at the address listed on the bottom of the form. We must have the original form to update your beneficiary designations.

Premium Increase Effective June 1, 2023

The Healthcare Employees’ Benefits Plan (HEBP) Board of Trustees has approved premium increases for the Healthcare & Dental Plans, effective June 1, 2023. 

Letters with more information were mailed to members participating in the plans on April 21.

Update on Government of Manitoba Centralized Investment Management Proposal

Log in to My HEB Online Services to access the Online Pension Estimator and update personal pension plan information such as:

  • marital status
  • beneficiary information
  • address
