UPDATE: Canada Post Strike

Oct 16, 2025
As the full work stoppage has transitioned to a series of rotating strikes, we have released all held mail, effective immediately.

As there may still be service delays, members who have been informed to expect important correspondence from HEB Manitoba by mail can come to our office to pick it up. Please provide 24 hours’ notice before coming and you must present photo identification to receive any mail.

Members can also drop off time-sensitive correspondence at our office to avoid any potential mail delays.

We encourage all members to register for our member portal. You can view and download most of your correspondence there, including enrolment and leave of absence packages.

Updates and further details will be posted on our website when available.
